Existing Facade
The Kinsley St. Residence Renovation replaced an existing sunroom and dated kitchen with framed walls, windows and dormers to match the client's vision of a "Coastal Caribbean Colonial" home. The the new kitchen design incorporates traditional and modern elements for a contemporary vision of a traditional style. The ceiling features exposed structural joists, along with the new dormers, allowing visual interest and the filtering of natural light. The additional windows and sliding doors permit better views of the canal and intercoastal.
