Tenant improvement project involving the conversion of an existing commercial space into new retail shoe store, warehouse and office headquarters in Orlando, Florida. MCA studio guided the project from design and development, and through the permitting process and construction. We worked closely with the client to ensure their space requirements were met to accommodate their workflow and business operations.The scope of work included the coordination and modification of mechanical and electronic systems as well as code and zoning studies and the development of life safety plans. The project was finished on time and within budget thanks to the team efforts the architect, construction team and the client.
